Precautions for Chain Use and Maintenance

Before activating the chain, first check whether the chain is operating normally and whether the saw chain tension is appropriate. Remember to engage the chain brake before starting to secure the chain and prevent hazards during startup. However, disengage the chain brake before operation to avoid bearing damage.
When the chain is rotating, take care to avoid friction with the ground or other objects. Lubricate the chain promptly and apply rust-proof paint. Replace the chain immediately if rust appears to maintain efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance. Address chain breaks or derailments promptly, and investigate the cause.
